How does the program work?

This is an individual one-on-one mentoring program, with a number of touch points:

  • We start with a half-hour phone call to identify your goals and aspirations as a trainer;
  • Within 30 days: I attend one hour of a live training session in Brisbane or the Gold Coast; or you send me a video or audio recording if you're elsewhere;
  • We have a one-hour meeting (face to face or by phone) where I give you specific strategies, ideas and processes to improve your presentation;
  • Within another 30 days: We repeat this process.
  • Within another 30 days: We repeat this process for a third time.

The mentoring program is based on access, not on hourly rates. The scheduled touch points are to keep us focused, but you also have access to me at other times as well. I'll be available when you require help, and I'll keep you front of my mind when I find new opportunities.

I'll give you a special e-mail address and my mobile phone number, so that you get priority access to me outside our scheduled sessions.

Is this right for you?

This mentoring package is an intensive program. It will require you to take some big steps during the 90 days, and I will hold you accountable.

That means that it's not for everybody.

To get maximum value from the package, I believe that you need four things:

  • A clear message and topic;
  • An established training business (even if it's just in its early stages);
  • Training sessions booked (or likely to be booked) within the next 90 days;
  • A desire to make your programs even better, and to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

What do you do next?

Your investment for the program is $3,000 (plus GST). We arrange this in four equal payments of $750 plus GST: When we start, and then at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
