Duration
Program length depends on your specified presentation outcomes and time constraints. Each presentation area can be addressed in program slots ranging from 30 minutes to 2 days.
Intensive sessions - half-day, full-day and 2-day - are most appropriate to jump-start the process and generate an immediate leap in skills and performance.
Ongoing sessions - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly - support an ongoing increase in the learning, integration and utilization of skills that support the development of higher performing professionals.

Emergency h-spots
Everyone in the group receives emergency h-spot cards and stickers that remind them of the event - the specific presentation – and everything they learned along the way.
Website
The h-spot website provides on-going information and support to help people monitor and reduce their stress levels, and to develop and master constructive thinking and behavioural skills that make them more productive and more profitable.
Password access
Password access on the h-spot website allows access to additional information specific to your event.
References
References to all information included in the presentations are included on the website for individual access and further study.
Tracking
Password access also allows us to easily track the number of people who reference the website for further information, and revisit on an ongoing basis, and reveals the specific information they're looking for.
Weekly h-spot email
You can consolidate and extend the presentation content by choosing for your group to receive a weekly h-spot email. It's a cumulative program designed to introduce and review skills that contribute to personal effectiveness. Each email is short and sweet, very practical and easy to implement immediately.
Participant materials
Master copies of handout materials will be provided for inclusion in event folders/workbooks or distribution at the event.
Powerpoint
Any powerpoint that forms part of the presentation will be forwarded to you prior to the event, for loading and testing on your systems. We'll also bring an extra copy on disc on the day of the presentation in case of emergency.
If you would like your participants to have a copy of the presentation powerpoint, we're happy to provide a master in an appropriate format for copy and distribution.
