    - being happy

  • Sit quietly

  • Listen to music

  • Read

  • Look through your photo albums

  • Watch home movies

  • Phone a friend

  • Do whatever it is you get 'lost' in ...
    - creative endeavours
    - artistic endeavours
    - hobbies
    - passions

  • Nurture yourself

  • Pamper yourself

step 3: When you feel more relaxed ... ask yoursef:
